Port Huron, MI - St. Clair County Community College freshman forward/center Kyrieona Carter has been named the MCCAA Eastern Conference Player of the Week following two dominant performances that propelled the Skippers to an undefeated week.
Carter delivered standout efforts in back-to-back games against Wayne County Community College and Henry Ford College, showcasing her efficiency, physicality, and consistency on both ends of the floor.
In SC4's 80-53 road win over Wayne County, Carter turned in a commanding interior performance, recording:
- 19 points
- 12 rebounds (game high)
- 3 blocked shots
- 5 steals
Three days later, Carter delivered one of her most efficient offensive games of the season during SC4's 97-45 home victory over Henry Ford College. She finished with:
- 20 points
- 11 rebounds (game high)
Carter continues to impact games at an elite level, ranking among the conference leaders in scoring, rebounding, and shot-blocking while helping SC4 remain in the hunt for the MCCAA Eastern Conference title.
