Port Huron, MI — St. Clair County Community College (SC4) is proud to announce that sophomore guard Iliana Williams has been named the Michigan Community College Athletic Association (MCCAA) Eastern Conference Women's Basketball Player of the Week for her outstanding performance during the week of November 10-16.
Williams delivered a dominant showing on both ends of the court, helping lead the Skippers to a key victory over Lake Land College, who at the time were ranked 16th in the country. Her consistent scoring, strong rebounding, and defensive presence were instrumental in SC4's success during the week. This honor highlights her hard work, leadership, and commitment to excellence as the team continues its push through the season.
"Iliana has been a cornerstone for our program," said Mike Groulx, SC4 Women's Basketball Head Coach. "Her energy and determination set the tone for our team, and this recognition is well deserved."
The Skippers will look to build on this momentum as they prepare for two more ranked matchups this weekend. Fans can follow SC4 Athletics at www.sc4.edu/athletics or on social media for the latest updates.
