PORT HURON, MI. — The St. Clair County Community College (SC4) women's basketball team continued its strong season with an impressive 73–57 home win over Mott Community College on Wednesday night. The victory moves the Skippers to 16–7 overall and 7–1 in the MCCAA Eastern Conference, keeping them firmly in the hunt for the conference crown.
SC4 set the tone early, exploding for 24 first‑quarter points to grab control of the game and never look back. The Skippers' balanced scoring attack and stifling defense held Mott to just 17.9% from three‑point range and 23.9% shooting overall.
SC4 delivered a well-rounded offensive attack with Iliana Williams and Kyrieona Carter both securing double-doubles:
