SC4 Volleyball Caps Historic 2025 Season with National Tournament Appearance

Port Huron, MI. — The St. Clair County Community College (SC4) Skippers delivered a thrilling and historic 2025 volleyball season, highlighted by conference and district titles, individual accolades, and a return to the NJCAA Division II National Championship Tournament for the first time in over two decades.

Season Highlights

  • Overall Record: 28-9
  • Conference Performance:
    • Won the MCCAA Eastern Conference crown for the first time since 2004.
    • Finished Runner-Up in the MCCAA State Tournament, falling in a five-set battle to No. 13-ranked Grand Rapids CC.
  • Postseason Success:
    • Captured the NJCAA Great Lakes District A Championship in dominant fashion, going 4-0 without dropping a set.
    • Earned a berth in the NJCAA Division II National Championship Tournament in Cedar Rapids, Iowa — SC4's first trip to nationals since 2004.
