SC4 Volleyball Finishes Runner-Up in MCCAA, Eyes National Championship Berth

PORT HURON, Mich. — The St. Clair County Community College volleyball team capped off an impressive regular season with a second-place finish in the Michigan Community College Athletic Association (MCCAA), falling just short in a five-set thriller against No. 13-ranked Grand Rapids Community College.

Despite the 3-2 loss, the Skippers showcased their resilience and talent, pushing one of the nation's top teams to the brink in a match that highlighted their championship potential.

Now, SC4 turns its focus to the NJCAA Great Lakes District A Tournament, hosted by Grand Rapids CC from November 6–8, where they'll continue their pursuit of a coveted spot in the NJCAA Division II National Championship.

With momentum and determination on their side, the Skippers are ready to make a deep postseason run. Fans are encouraged to follow the action and cheer on SC4 as they battle for a chance to represent Port Huron on the national stage.
