The women place 2nd overall and were led by Lily Connelly who placed 20th with a 16:35.2 time and Rachel Dusett who placed 22nd with a 17:12.3 time. The Skipper's next race will be the 35th Annual Running Fit-Detroit Mercy Titans Invitational on Saturday, September 11th.

Hosted by Oakland University at the Oakland cross country field.

The event was 4,000 meters. 

The skippers finished with a total of 55 points and finished 2nd overall.

Oakland secured first with 15 points.
