Plymouth, IN - The SC4 golf team competed in the Marian University's Ancilla College Spring Invite on Thursday (May 2). The event was held at Swan Lake Reosrt.

The event consisted of 8 teams including Schoolcraft College, Mott Community College, Grand Rapids Community College, Jackson College, Montcalm Community College, Glen Oaks Community College, the host Marian University's Ancilla College, and the Skippers.

The Skippers walked away from the 18-hole event 4^th place. They shot a 330-team score. SC4 was led by Colin O'Dean who shot a 76 and was the co-medalist at the event! That makes 2 straight medalist finishes for O'Dean. Tyler Simpson shot an 82 and Dalton Sempf was right behind him with an 84. Josh VanderVyver and Timothy McClelland rounded out the Skipper's lineup shooting an 88 and 92 respectively.

The next time the Skippers hit the course will be for the NJCAA Region XII Championship at Bedford Valley in Battle Creek on Monday and Tuesday, May 14^th and 15^th.
